Saving bank account is opened for the purpose of savings for the future. Interest is paid on the balance maintained at per the rate specified by the Reserve bank of India from time to time.

Documents Required

♦ Duly filled Account opening Form.
♦ 1 Photograph (Passport Size)
♦ Introduction(Xerox Copies of the following. Bring originals for verification)
♦ PAN Card (Permanent Account No. allotted by Income Tax Authority)
♦ Residential proof. (Any One of the following)

1) Passport
2) Electricity Bill
3) Aadhar Card
4) Telephone Bill
5) Allotment Letter (Quarters allotted by Department)
6) Ration Card

♦ Photo Identification proof. (Any One of the following)

1) Passport
2) Election Identity card
3) Govt / Defense Identity Card
4) Driving License
5) Aadhar card
6) Pan Card

Eligibility

The Account can be opened By:

♦ Individuals
♦ More than one person - Jointly
♦ A guardian on Behalf of Minor in minor’s name.
♦ Staff members.

Minimum Balance

Customer is required to maintain a minimum balance as follows.

With Cheque Book Rs.1000/-
Without Cheque Book Rs.500/-

Interest Rate

Members Interest Rate per annum 3% p.a.
Staff Interest Rate per annum 4% p.a.
